Just when I think things are hard and my life is so extremely crazy, all I have to do is turn on the TV, or read some news pages on the Net about how things are going around the world, or even in the US. Bailey, Colorado and the school shooting that took 2 lives yesterday - it just seems that the world could not be any more vile.

Or what about the test results linking two bags of Dole brand baby spinach to a deadly E. coli strain have helped health officials focus on a specific batch from a San Juan Bautista processing plant that may be the source of a nationwide outbreak. As the investigation continues the strain that has been praised by kids has taken another life......

Ok in all seriousness - We are all moved in, every thing is in our New Home. I am sorry to say that I still have not taken pictures of the House. My Father Mr, Not Teck guy has taken pictures and is passing them around east Tennessee. I guess I should ask him to email me a few.....

Our New Address : 154 Village Dr Tayllorsville KY 40071

Jeni and I have been working on finding a place for all of the items we had cramped in our little apt. We are enjoying the new community, and I really think that Jeni enjoys our walks we taken in the afternoon. Now that we, are back in the country I feel more @ home.

This weekend we have a big Crusade event (friday saturday and sunday) I will be very busy, but over the next few days Pray for those who will come and hear the Gospel. Pray for the people we have working as councilors.

( I will not update again until Monday - but there will be Pictures I Promise)

Well if you have not heard yet we are moving again. Saturday was the plan, although weather, Grrrrr, Saturday is going to be rain all day so, the guys who are going to help us move said hey lets just all get together Thursday and move you. Is that ok. yea sure. I mean how can you tell the guys who are going to help you well you see I am not finished packing ha yeah right... SO Wednesday was a non stop day working to get every thing in rubber boxes.

So as I have enjoyed the comforts of my own living room and the freedom of wireless Internet this will be the last post from my home. The post might be a bit less frequent for the next few weeks. I will attempt to post some new pictures and updates when I am in the city, at school or around the old coffee shops I once frequented. Things are going to be a lot of fun and very different staring around 15:00 this after noon.

Do you ever feel like the world is a thin ball of wax.?? Yeah me
neither, but when I was a little kid I would have a dream of sleeping
on a dental floss hammock. Yeah Not really sure what that has to do with
the price of tea in China, but speaking of Tea have you tried the Green
tea with citrus (both Lipton andNestea) have a great product. Jeni and I discovered it recently while having dinner with my father, and we have stopped the soda and switched to only tea.

So as Jeni said we are moving I have been putting books in boxes, packing clothes, oo
yeah and has any one thought about the fact that it is the middle of the semester. Yeah big sigh, its a bit of a hassle with papers and reading, but we are going to be so glad to finally be in the house
there inTaylorsville.

Well, we are writing from our couch, surrounded by boxes. We are once again moving. We haven't been in this apartment for three full months. The truth is, I don't mind moving a bit. What better way to keep from collecting a bunch of stuff over time than to move every month or so? I think it will be fun to once again decorate, find the perfect place for each of the pictures to hang, and "nest" in a new home. I really just love change, As long as things are new and exciting, I am good to go! DB is just glad he has an office in the new house so that he can escape from me every now and then!

Things are going well at Plum Creek. We love the church and the youth and I think we will both learn alot from the pastor and his wife. We are pretty excited! Don't get me wrong, I still have my heart set on Central Asia, but I think that this is all part of God's plan, serving him and others and learning at the same time!

Oh, and by the way, we will be living somewhere without access to internet and cell phone reception, can you believe it?! Even in Afganistan we had wireless internet, but we will actually be living somewhere where dial up is the ONLY OPTION! Crazy, isn't it?

Friday night was a small flash from the past as, Jeni and I went to the Spencer County football game. Their mascot is the bear, yet their cheer was go bit blue. The majority of my high school foot ball games growing up were the Jellico Blue devils. Simply said the uniforms and the cheers were almost identical. The Bears won by a 40+ margin, against the Jackson County Colonels. There was also a good halftime show fromt "the Friends" band.

So enough about a football program that you have never heard about – Thursday Nights have become date night for us. Jeni and I made plans for our date : Nothing huge or earth shattering just the simple dinner and a movie thing, but it was fun to just spend the evening hanging out with Jeni.

The rest of our week was a common workweek for both of us?! I enjoyed getting on my feet with my new opportunity at the Church. I had a meeting with my Youth Council Tuesday night and then teaching the youth on Wed night, as we are working though the thoughts and actions of the Life of Christ. The simple idea that a relationship with Jesus Christ provides a wealth of knowledge and authority, and we are commanded to teach others and share with them the joy that comes with this relationship.

How was your Holiday Weekend WEll we did alot of driving !!!!!!!!!!!!

We started our long weekend by visiting the Dickert family. Due to the rain the trip seemed to be 100 hours long. We had dinner and watched Erin slide show from her graduation. After a nice dinner we travled on to Rock Hill NC where we would be apart of the wedding plans for Devon and Skeeter Moore. We arrived at sketters condo and visited with Devon and her maid of honor. Friday we had lots of funn working on all the little things for the Dress Rehersal.
Saturday started early with Jeni and two of her girl friends going to have their hair fixed. (No need to talk about the details of this every one involved will smile.) The Pictures were planned for 11:00 and I think we got started around 12:15 Devons dress.... Well I will just let the pictures speak for their self.
